Eat your veggies.
I was a semi-vegetarian for many years until I succumbed to my love of cheeseburgers. I continue to have my cheese burger once in a while but my favorite is a nice, big tossed salad. I don’t even use salad dressing because I want to enjoy the flavor of the vegetables themselves. I just LOVE my vegetables, and they are a major part of my daily diet.
